Xeon Gold 6154: 18 cores, Skylake-SP, socket LGA3647, DDR4 memory. LGA3647 takes 1st and 2nd gen Xeon Scalable (Skylake-SP, Cascade Lake) and Xeon W-3200. Cascade Lake chips work in Skylake boards after a BIOS update; OEM chips like the 8175M and 8259CL work in most standard boards.

Only processors we can identify by model are listed, and the core count comes from the model, not from the listing title (titles are often wrong). Lots are counted by their total cores; pairs are shown by default, bulk lots of three or more only when you tick the box. We remove coolers, brackets and tools, CPU and motherboard bundles, damaged chips and offers far below every other listing for the same model.
