Xeon Platinum 8259CL: 24 cores, Cascade Lake, socket LGA3647, DDR4 memory. LGA3647 takes 1st and 2nd gen Xeon Scalable (Skylake-SP, Cascade Lake) and Xeon W-3200. Cascade Lake chips work in Skylake boards after a BIOS update; OEM chips like the 8175M and 8259CL work in most standard boards.
